What is inclued in the Break the Cycle class?
Within your Break the Cycle membership, the following are covered: labs, educational classes, customized workout plans, 2 group training sessions per week, nutrition guidance, and access to the gym.

What is Evexia's approach for pain?
We use the biopsychosocial model which is a medical term for treating not just the physical part of your pain, but the mental rehab to build back your confidence to function without fear and taking into account all the confonding variables of your indivudal situation that may have contributed to your pain.
What Chiropractic technique does Eveixa use?
At Evexia, we use a blend of different interventions. Depending on the individual we may use the Gonstead technique of adjusting which is more emphasized on pushing and not twisting, manual therapy if indicated, and most importantly appropriate rehab movements and gradual progressions to help the patient return back to function.
What can I expect during my first Chiropractic visit?
Your initial visit typically includes a comprehensive health history, where the provider will take the time to get to know you and what the goals are. This will be followed up by a physical examination with orthopedic testing. After examination, we pride ourselves in taking the time to educate you on the pain you are experiencing and what you can do about it while in clinic and at home. Then you can expect to have therapies applied which may include, exercise with progressions, mobility, adjustments, and manual therapy.
How many treatments will I need?
The number of sessions depends on your condition, goals, and how your body responds to treatment. Some patients find relief in just a few visits, while others may benefit from ongoing care.
Are chiropractic visits covered by insurance?
Many insurance plans cover chiropractic care, though coverage varies. We recommend checking with your provider or our front desk team to verify your specific benefits.
What ages do you treat for Chiropractic care?
We only treat ages 12 and up. We are happy to give you a referal for providers who specialize in ages 0 - 11.
Do I need a referral from my doctor?
In most cases, a referral is not necessary. However, some insurance plans may require one for coverage, so it’s best to check with your provider.
What can I expect during my first Functional Medicine visit?
You will recieve a highly detailed overview of your health history taking into account all the possible factors that may be attributing to your health concern. You will work with a provider to become painfully clear on expectations and desired outcomes. You will then discuss appropriate labs to establish objective findings and what biomarkers may need improvement.
